God has given us a built in way to cope with struggles. “Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words” (Romans 8:26).

Have you ever felt that you could control yourself? Paul understood that control of self could not come from within self.
“So I find it to be a law that when I want to do right, evil lies close at hand. 22 For I delight in the law of God, in my inner being, 23 but I see in my members another law waging war against the law of my mind and making me captive to the law of sin that dwells in my members. 24 Wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death? 25 Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, I myself serve the law of God with my mind, but with my flesh I serve the law of sin” (Romans 7:21-25).
Without God’s word put into practice, we are our own worst enemy.
Do we really rely on God fully? I can depend on God when things are going well, yet I must maintian my willingness to rely on Him in every circumstance. As we face different situations, we must realize that to Fully Rely On God takes all KINDs.
Bitterness abounds today. How do we remedy it? Holding on to bitterness toward others only hurts the person who is bitter. When we choose kindness as the response, when bitterness is expected, freedom and joy will abound. Do not settle for bitterness, be kind.

Solomon understood that there is a time for most things. Ecclesiastes 3:1 & 4 For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven… a time to weep, and a time to laugh…Having a time for laughter is important to maintain balance. Balance and kindness go hand in hand
